Weekends can be hard. We want to relax and have fun after a hard week at work. We can have fun without overeating! Planning is crucial in helping abstain through the weekend. Stay in God's Word and pray throughout the weekend and ask for strength. Then make a plan for your weekend events - especially those that include food. Then commit your plan to your accountability partner and to God.
