Pray for Willingness

Food often becomes our way of coping with stress, loneliness, disappointment, boredom, or overwhelm. In those moments, we're usually looking for comfort, relief, or peace.
The problem is that food can only provide temporary comfort. It cannot give us the strength, peace, and connection our hearts truly need.
What if, before turning to food, we paused and prayed for willingness?
🙏 Willingness to trust God with our feelings
🙏 Willingness to follow our food plan
🙏 Willingness to reach out to a supportive person instead of isolating
🙏 Willingness to believe that we don't have to do this alone
Recovery isn't about having enough willpower. It's about becoming willing to let God help us and allowing others to walk alongside us.
"Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." — Galatians 6:2 (NIV)
Prayer changes us. Support strengthens us. And willingness opens the door to freedom.
