Saturday Step

Step 9. This is the step where you make amends to the people you determined in Step 8. Work with a trusted friend, accountability partner or coach to determine what you will say to these people. Writing it down is very helpful to ensure you don't accidentally do more harm than good. Although it seems scary, it is very freeing. You will find a new freedom from the pain of the past, as well as the obsession from compulsive overeating. You clean up your side of the street and you will be amazed at the results!
