About Us

Are you hurting because of food addiction and overeating? I understand! My name is Julie Kleinhans and I was overweight and miserable but couldn't stop overeating. After having serious health issues and feeling helpless, I found recovery in the 12 Steps, lost the weight and have kept off more than 85 pounds since 2008. I created Reshape and Recover as a Christ-centered 12-Step membership that helps people recover from food addiction so they can lose weight, keep it off, and live a healthy, happier life. 

My husband, Tony, has more than 25 years of life coaching and counseling experience. He's helped many people overcome their addictions using the 12 steps and other methods. Tony brings valuable expertise and spiritual leadership to Reshape and Recover. I'm so blessed to have his support and guidance in this project!
