One-on-one coaching is available for those who would benefit from additional support as they work toward healthier eating and freedom from compulsive overeating.

Some individuals begin with coaching as a first step. Others choose to add coaching alongside their Reshape and Recover membership for more personalized guidance.

These sessions can help you:

✔ Stay consistent during difficult seasons
✔ Apply recovery principles in real-life situations
✔ Receive encouragement and accountability
✔ Explore patterns that may be affecting your progress

Coaching is offered by request and scheduled by appointment. Availability may include daytime, weeknight, or weekend time slots depending on the coach’s schedule.
