I’m Julie Kleinhans, founder of Reshape and Recover. I know what it’s like to struggle with weight and feel stuck with food. After years of trying to manage it on my own, I found lasting change through a 12-step approach — and by God’s grace, I lost 90 pounds and have maintained that weight loss for over 17 years.

Reshape and Recover was created for people who want to lose weight and stop starting over. Whether you’re trying to lose a few stubborn pounds or make more significant changes, our program offers structure, support, practical tools, and faith-based guidance to help you build healthier habits and experience lasting change.

My husband, Tony, brings over 25 years of coaching and counseling experience. He has helped many individuals make meaningful, lasting changes using the 12 steps along with practical coaching tools and spiritual guidance. Together, we are committed to walking alongside you as you pursue better health, freedom with food, and a stronger relationship with God.
