Five Step Action Plan

Have you wondered how to overcome overeating? At Reshape and Recover, we have a 5-Step plan to help you do that. 1) pray first thing in the morning that God will give you willingness and be in your every thought, word and action. 2) Figure out what you binge foods are and abstain from them. I have a tool to help you figure out your binge foods. 3) Work with your doctor or nutritionist to create a meal plan, or it can be something as simple as three meals a day with nothing in between. 4) Work the 12 Steps.
