A simple path to overcoming overeating, emotional eating, and the cycle of losing weight only to gain it back.

Led by Julie Kleinhans, who has maintained a 90-pound weight loss for over 18 years.

You don’t have to do this alone anymore.

  • You may already know how to eat healthy.

  • The challenge isn't knowing what to do.

  • It's staying consistent when emotions rise, cravings hit, or old habits return.

In this live workshop, you'll discover a Christ-centered approach to overcoming overeating and emotional eating—without another diet.

$19 • Includes 30 days of support inside Reshape and Recover so you can begin putting what you learn into practice with encouragement, accountability, and community.

✔ Tuesday June 30

✔ 1:00 PM Eastern / 10:00 AM Arizona

✔ 60 Minutes + Q&A

The Experience:

  • Understand why you overeat — so you can finally start changing it

  • Practical tools you can apply right away

  • Motivation to get and stay on track

  • Encouragement and support along the way

  • A simple structure to follow each day

  • Feel more at peace with food

Here's what one member shared:

“I donated two bags of clothes that are now too big for me. When losing weight in the past using other programs, I always kept my old clothes in case I regained the weight. This is the first time I have felt confident that I will be able to keep it off!”— Gayle, Arizona

You know what to do… so why is it so hard to follow through?

You’ve tried to eat better before.
You’ve made plans… started over… and told yourself, “This time will be different.”

But the same patterns keep coming back—especially when you’re tired, stressed, or just done for the day.

It’s frustrating—and it can leave you feeling stuck. I've been there too and understand the struggle.

This isn’t just about willpower

If willpower alone worked, it would have worked by now.

Overeating is often tied to deeper patterns—habits, emotions, and even spiritual struggles.

That’s why just “trying harder” doesn’t lead to lasting change.

What actually helps people find lasting freedom:

  • A simple structure to follow

  • Support and accountability

  • A way to bring God into your daily decisions

A simple way to get started

In this 60-minute workshop, you'll learn a simple, Christ-centered approach to overcoming overeating and emotional eating.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a place to start.

You’ll begin learning how to:

  • Understand what’s really driving your eating

  • Start applying simple, practical tools

  • Build structure into your day

  • Turn to God instead of food in difficult moments

  • And you'll leave with a practical next step you can begin using immediately
