From Overeating to Wellness: My 12 Step Recovery Success

Once I became an adult and started buying my own food, I was able to kind of maintain a decent weight just from dieting. I dieted a lot. And I would lose weight and then gain it back, and then lose weight and then gain it back. It was a recurring thing with me that I would go on a diet and gain it back there's a lot of us in this situation. There's an epidemic, really, of overeating. The foods that we eat are addictive. It's making people sick and overweight and 12 step recovery programs work. It worked for me. 12 step recovery groups have worked for a number of people with many different kinds of addictions.#christianweightloss #12steprecovery #weightlossjourney
