When we’re stressed, tired, or overwhelmed, food can feel like a quick escape. But it’s not a solution — it’s a substitute.


The truth?

No amount of snacks will bring lasting peace.

Only God can fill the emptiness we often try to feed.


Next time you’re tempted to eat when you’re not hungry, pause and ask:

✨ What do I really need right now?

✨ Could this be emotional, not physical hunger?


God invites us to bring our burdens to Him — not the pantry.
