Meet Your Hosts

Hi, we're Julie and Tony Kleinhans.
For years, Julie struggled with overeating, emotional eating, and the cycle of losing weight only to gain it back again. Through a Christ-centered recovery program, she found lasting freedom, lost over 90 pounds, and has maintained that weight loss for more than 17 years.
Together, we bring complementary perspectives to the retreat. Julie shares from her personal journey of recovery from overeating, while Tony offers biblical encouragement, counseling, and practical support as we walk alongside others on their journey toward lasting freedom.
Today, we help others find the same hope through Reshape and Recover, an online Christian recovery community that provides support, encouragement, and practical tools for overcoming overeating and emotional eating.
Our passion is helping people discover that lasting change is possible—not through willpower alone, but through God's grace, recovery principles, and a supportive community.
About Reshape and Recover
Reshape and Recover is a Christ-centered recovery program for people who struggle with overeating, emotional eating, and food addiction.
Through weekly meetings, community support, recovery tools, and biblical principles, we help people build a healthier relationship with food and experience lasting freedom.
For more than 17 years, Julie Kleinhans has maintained a 90-pound weight loss through these principles and now helps others find the same hope and freedom.
