Are You Addicted?

Many people struggling with overeating ask themselves this question — especially after years of trying diets, plans, and “starting over.”

That was certainly my story.

If certain foods trigger cravings you can’t control…

If moderation hasn’t worked no matter how hard you try…

If one slip often leads back to old patterns…

This is not about willpower at all.

Just as an alcoholic can’t safely return to drinking, many people discover they can’t safely return to binge foods. Not because they’re weak — but because addiction changes the way the brain responds.

The good news? Freedom is possible. You can live a full, joyful life without binge foods — but compulsive overeating will eventually cost you your health, your peace, and your relationship with God if left unchecked.

At Reshape and Recover, we help people find lasting freedom through a Christ-centered, 12-step approach that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual roots of overeating.

Don’t give up. Recovery is possible — and you don’t have to do it alone.
