Breakfast Protein Shake

 A lot of people don't like to have breakfast and if you're one of those people this message is for you. I never recommend skipping breakfast or any meal. Even if all you do for breakfast is a protein shake, you've got to have something. Although—be careful about protein shakes because many of them have sugar or artificial sweeteners and chemicals so be sure to read the label.


I recently switched to collagen peptides from, this one's from Walmart, but other manufacturers make these too. And this one has 18 grams of protein in it and is quite healthy. I also typically have a homemade banana oat muffin in the mornings because the shake is not enough for me.


I hope that this helps you create a good breakfast routine. It's important to start your day out with good nutrition. You'll find it helps you stay on track all day long.
