Create a Food Plan

Creating a food plan to fit your lifestyle is very important! Work with your doctor to make sure it meets your medical needs. Examples of food plans I have seen work (along with abstaining from binge foods) are: three meals a day with nothing in between, counting calories and nutrition to doctor's specs, three meals a day plus an evening metabolic (snack), and more. It's important to write it down, commit it to an accountability partner, and stick to it.
