How to Stop Overeating

How to stop eating your binge foods when they call to you. The best way to do that, really the only way to do that, is to eliminate high sugar, high fat foods and eat healthy meals with high protein. Make sure you get enough fat in your diet because that helps satisfy you and your body needs it. Eat lots of vegetables and some fruit and grain as well, and you will feel satisfied and not crave the foods.
