Pulling the Trigger - Stop the Sugar Addiction




Eating sugar is like putting a loaded gun to our head and pulling the trigger. Not smart. We know what will happen and yet we often do it anyway. Eating that first bite of a sugary treat or other binge food is like that. Why do we do it? The 12 Steps has worked for many people to recover from several different kinds of addictions. I hope you will consider joining Reshape and Recover's membership. We use a Christ-centered 12-step program to help people recover from overeating. It worked for me; it can work for you too.
