**Recovery Isn't Just About Food**
Many of us come into recovery hoping that if we can just get our eating under control, everything else in life will fall into place.
But as we grow, we often discover that some of our greatest struggles aren't with food at all—they're with relationships.
Recovery invites us to take an honest look at the ways our actions have affected others and become willing to make things right where needed.
That doesn't mean living in guilt.
It means living in freedom.
God's grace allows us to face our mistakes without being crushed by them. We can be honest because we are already loved. We can seek healing because we have already been forgiven.
Sometimes the hardest person to forgive is ourselves.
If you're carrying regret from the past, remember this: Christ's forgiveness is bigger than your failures.
Today, ask God to show you one relationship that needs healing and to give you the willingness to take the next right step.
One prayer.
One relationship.
One step at a time.
