Sunday Devotion

Mark 11:24 (ESV) “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”

In this Scripture, Jesus invites us to pray and trust that God hears our prayers and is already working all things out for our good. We don’t get everything we think we want, but “if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.” (1 John 5:14). Jesus encourages us to pray, trusting that God hears us.

Dear Lord, thank You that You hear our prayers and work all things out for our good. We bring our eating and weight struggles to You and ask for Your powerful help, trusting that You hear our prayers and will help us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
