Sunday Devotion

Psalm 104:24, 27(NIV) How many are your works, Lord! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures. All creatures look to you to give them their food at the proper time.

God has made so many wonderful creatures and He feeds them all. He loves us as the crown of His creation and will feed us as well so we need not worry. Worry can lead to overeating, but trust in God brings peace that leads to freedom from overeating. Let’s remember His love when worries overcome us, and let peace enter our hearts and minds.

Dear Lord, thank You that we can trust that You will take care of us in all things. Help us to meditate on Your Word day and night that we might remember Your love and promises always. Help us to have that peace to help us find freedom from overeating. Amen.
