Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Knowing that the God who loves us is always with us can give us courage to face anything that life can throw at us. He sends us his Holy Spirit to be with us wherever we go. Even when our leaders fail us and our friends desert us, we know that God is with us. He strengthens us and gives us courage. With this knowledge, we can come to him in prayer with confidence and courage.
Dear God, Thank you for being my helper through the power of your Holy Spirit. Please help me live by your Spirit and Your Word so that I follow truth. Next help me apply truth so that so that I live a healthy life. Help me to follow an eating plan that will be a blessing to my body. And dear God, help me to encourage others to do the same. Amen.
