Sunday Devotion

Isaiah 43:25 “I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more.

God’s word tells us that he “blots out” or erases/removes our sins. Sometimes it’s hard to remember that we are forgiven because we feel so bad about our shortcomings. Don’t forget! The enemy wants us to feel bad because we then forget about God and his promises. Once forgotten, it’s all too easy to slip into a life without God. We would be lost without God’s help, so we ask him to help us remember Him in everything we do.

Dear Lord, Thank you that you blot out my transgressions and you forgive all my sins. Help me to walk in your ways, dear Lord, and give you all the glory and honor. Please help me to live a better life. Please assist me in putting you first in all of my ways. Please strengthen me to do your will in every area of my life. Amen.
