Banana Oatmeal Muffins

It's hard to know what to eat these days that is healthy. I understand, so I'm bringing this favorite recipe back… 🧁✨
These muffins are a favorite in our house—not only because they’re delicious, but also because they’re simple and wholesome.
Here’s what you’ll need:
♦ 3 eggs
♦ 1 banana
♦ ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
♦ 1.75 cups oats
♦ ½ cup blueberries or raisins or 3 servings of carefully chosen dark chocolate chips (I carefully watch the sugar type and amount here!)
👉 Mix everything together, scoop into muffin cups, and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
They come out soft, naturally sweet, and full of flavor. Calories are about 135 each with blueberries or 160 with raisins. The dark chocolate version varies, but it’s worth it for that rich treat in a healthier package.
