Healthy and low calorie Egg Sandwich. The bread is also easy and homemade! Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a small glass bowl, then add 1 egg, three tablespoons of gluten-free flour (or almond flour if you're wanting keto), 1/4 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients and microwave for 90 seconds. Let cool then cut in half. Cook your egg and add between the two pieces of bread and you're done! It's healthy, delicious, and only 340 calories.
