Dinner Out


Going out to eat at restaurants is still doable without eating your binge foods. Last weekend Tony and I ate out for my birthday. At this restaurant we typically share a taco platter, which is plenty of food for us both and that way we don't feel over-stuffed and save money too. Chips are on my yellow (caution) food list so I don't eat them at home but will count out six after committing the number to Tony, then we move the basket away from me when those are done. Then I stick to water until dinner comes. This might not work for everyone though, so you may want to put chips on your red (danger-don't eat) list. I had a wonderful birthday dinner and yes, without cake! Life can be enjoyable without sugar!
