Did you know the WHO has identified processed foods, especially those high in sugars, fats and salt, as significant contributors to obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and certain cancers? Increasing your fruits, vegetables, non-processed whole grains, and lean proteins while limited processed foods is recommended by the CDC. Considering the addictive nature of most highly processed food, I recommend cutting them out altogether.
