Happy Thanksgiving! Today we focus on giving thanks to God for all of our blessings. Family time is a blessing today also. Focusing on those two things rather than the food can help us with healthy eating. Avoid the sauces and gravy, as well as anything with lots of sugar, and keep your portion size to one plate of food and you should feel satisfied and avoid the over-stuffed feeling and binges.
