Steak & Rice dinner. Line a frying pan with a small coating of extra virgin olive oil. Cut up steak and put it in the frying pan on a medium heat. Shake Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrin is good) and brown the steak. Cook some white rice (I use one cup of Minute Rice) and throw that into the frying pan after it is cooked. Add in sugar snap peas and/or green peppers and cook just long enough to heat everything. Veggies should still be crunchy. That's it!
