Updated: Apr 13

Chili. 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey, 1 28oz whole, peeled tomatoes, 1.5 Tbsp onion powder, garlic salt (sprinkled to taste), 2 Tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup dark red kidney beans. Cook hamburger with onion powder, garlic salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling, then move to slow cooker/crock pot, cover and simmer 1 hour. Stir in beans. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer covered until hot. About 15 more minutes. Four servings of 350 calories each. Adding shredded cheese adds about 100 more calories.
