Banana Oatmeal Pancake. Need a pretty quick and healthy breakfast? Try my newest invention: a banana oatmeal pancake. Start with one egg, mix in 1/4 mashed banana, add 1/3 cup plain rolled oats (no sugar), and add a little cinnamon, if desired. Drop onto a frying pan and shape like a pancake. Cook on medium heat and flip when golden brown. It's so good - no pancake syrup is needed! About 190 calories.
