This cinnamon raisin bread is easy and tastes similar to a bagel, but better and sugar-free. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a small glass bowl, then add 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of gluten-free flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients, then mix in 1 tablespoon of raisins. Microwave for 105 seconds, depending on your microwave. Let cool, then cut in half. I added 1 tablespoon of plain, no-sugar-added cream cheese. Delicious and only 330 calories.
