Healthy Recipe for a Christmas Dinner

Christmas dinners can be healthy dinners. Having a ham or turkey dinner? Keep it to one type of fat source such as gravy or butter, not both. Keep starch to a minimum - potatoes or stuffing, or a half-serving of each. Keep vegetables light without the heavy sauces. Avoid sugar and alcohol. No problem. You've got this!
