Healthy Recipe: Oatmeal Muffin

I seem to be on an oatmeal kick lately, but here's another oatmeal recipe. This one uses no- or low-sugar oatmeal packets - I like the lower sugar maple option. I mix four eggs with four oatmeal packets and then mix in cut and peeled apple slices, but raisins could be a good option too. Pour mix into a six muffin cup pan and bake for 15-20 minutes on 350 degrees. Calories are only 130 and are high protein, so very filling and tasty!
