Healthy Recipe: Pizza

Making healthy pizza can be tricky. Start with a crust low in sugar and check the sugar amount in the pizza sauce and toppings. Reading labels can be time-consuming but necessary for keeping sugar and food additives down. Add veggies to your taste or just have a side salad, which is what I usually do. This pizza was 480 calories with the crust, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
