Healthy Recipe: Pizza Burgers

Can Pizza Burgers really be healthy? I think so! There are healthier options, but this isn't too bad. I start with my homemade bun (just 1 egg, baking soda, pinch of salt, and 3 tbsp of gluten-free flour, mixed, then microwaved for 105 sec), cut in half, add no-sugar-added pizza sauce (recommend no chemicals too), brown up some grass-fed hamburger, and add mozzarella cheese on top. broil until the cheese melts and then serve. About 450 calories for two.
