Baked chicken. It's easy to make - prepare and bake at 375°F until the chicken reaches a temperature of 170°F, or you can buy it cooked at many local grocery stores. Include a small portion of boiled or baked potatoes (I like them sprinkled with Lawry's Season Salt), and a salad or other vegetable, and you have a healthy and delicious meal.
