How do you deal with stress. Three ways to cope are 1) get into God's Word and pray. 2) Talk to an accountability partner or trusted friend. 3) Help others. When we aren't thinking about ourselves, we not thinking as much about our own troubles and it helps us feel better. Also, eating healthy and exercising helps.
