Overate and feeling discouraged?

A slip doesn’t mean you’ve failed — and it doesn’t mean God has stepped away.


Isaiah 41:10 reminds us: “Do not fear, for I am with you… I will strengthen you and help you.”


Instead of quitting, try this:

💧 Drink plenty of water

🍗 Add extra protein to steady cravings

🚶‍♀️ Move your body — even a short walk helps


Most important: don’t give up!
