Emotions can be heightened around Christmas time. A thorough Step 4 inventory helps us see how we've managed emotions in the past. We heal from that in Steps 5-9, and maintain it through a daily inventory in Step 10, and in prayer and meditation in Step 11. The 12 Steps are healing and helpful in managing emotions - especially when combined with the power of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
