Mindful Eating Tip

Have you ever started eating something and weren't able to stop? Perhaps you were sitting in front of the TV or driving your car and just munching mindlessly. I've been there too! One of the tricks for avoiding this temptation is to have a measuring cup handy, measure the food you are going to eat, and put the rest away. Doing a quick weigh or measure of the food can be really helpful. If this is not possible for you, it's best to avoid that food altogether.
