Prayer & Meditation to Avoid Food Temptations


Starting your day with prayer can set a powerful tone for overcoming temptations, especially in the realm of eating right and losing weight. Asking for willingness each morning not only acknowledges our human tendencies but also strengthens our resolve throughout the day. It's a foundational practice that helps us confront temptations head-on, rather than succumbing to them impulsively. Personally, I've found that beginning my day with prayer, and continuing with prayer throughout the day, shifts my focus towards making healthier choices, even when faced with unexpected temptations later on.
