Start fresh with a prayer, then take some practical steps like drinking lots of water and eating high-protein foods and vegetables to help stabilize cravings and help you feel full and satisfied. While fruits like apples and berries are beneficial, it's wise to moderate consumption, especially fruits with higher sugar content like bananas and grapes. Don't let yourself be discouraged, but pick yourself up, pray, and begin again. God is there to help you!
