Psalm 150:1–2 (ESV)
“Praise the Lord!
Praise God in his sanctuary;
praise him in his mighty heavens!
Praise him for his mighty deeds;
praise him according to his excellent greatness!”
When we remember who God is and what He’s done, praise becomes the natural response. His power is beyond what we can imagine — and that means we can trust Him fully. With our worries, our decisions, our relationships… even with our food.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, we thank You and praise You for all the wonderful things You have done. Be with us today in all we think, say, and do — including what we put into our bodies. Help us honor You in every choice. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
