In today's busy society, eating out is very common. Eating at home is just not always possible. You can eat healthy away from home, and here are a few tips to help you do that. First, make sure you choose a protein that is not breaded and fried. Second, watch the amount of fat in the meal - choose one of these, mayo, cheese or bacon, not all three. If your protein source is already high fat, such as with hamburger, skip all of those fat options. Pickles, ketchup and mustard are enough. Third, always avoid your binge foods such as sugar, high carb, and high fat options. Fourth, choose water instead of soft drinks or other high calorie drinks.
