You don’t have to earn your rest.


God created it for us — not as a reward, but as a rhythm.


So this weekend, give yourself permission to breathe.

📖 Read something that lifts your spirit


🙌 And on Sunday, let worship refill what the week has drained.


“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28


Whatever your week looked like, know this:


God sees you. He’s not disappointed in your tiredness.

He invites you to bring your burdens to Him.


When we feel rested and at peace, we are less likely to overeat.
