🍦 Have you ever caught yourself reaching for food… and not even realized why?
Emotional eating often starts so early that we don’t even see it for what it is. For many of us, food was comfort, celebration, or even love.
I still remember family trips to Dairy Queen, “31 Flavors” at Baskin-Robbins, and warm cookies at Grandma’s house.
Those were happy moments — but they also trained my brain to turn to food when I needed comfort.
The problem is: that pattern followed me into adulthood. And for years, I didn’t even realize it.
