Coffee - black, please! The fancy coffees we buy at places like Starbucks are not only expensive, but also full of calories. Calories can range from 120 to well over 500 calories! Any time you add cream and/or sugar to your coffee, not only does it add calories, but it can induce cravings that can start a binge. You're much better off enjoying your coffee black, or maybe adding a little unsweetened cashew milk or something similar. You can enjoy coffee without the extra calories!
