Making Recovery a Priority

There was something special about the recovery retreats I attended over the years.
For one weekend, I could step away from the noise of everyday life. The endless to-do lists. The responsibilities. The distractions.
Instead of just trying to squeeze recovery into my busy schedule, recovery became the priority.
I had time to pray, reflect, learn, listen, and reconnect with God. I could honestly look at where I was struggling, recommit to the process, and return home encouraged with practical tools to keep moving forward.
Those weekends were never about finding a quick fix.
They were about creating space for God to do the deeper work that is so easy to neglect when life gets busy.
That's one of the reasons Tony and I decided to host our own **Renew • Reflect • Restore** retreat this October.
If you've been longing to step away from the noise and devote a weekend to your recovery and your relationship with Christ, we'd love to have you join us.
