No Shame or Condemnation

Sad child sitting against a wall with head down, symbolizing shame and emotional pain; paired with the message “No Shame” and the truth of Romans 8:1 — “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”
What feels too broken for you is not too broken for God. There is hope.

Have you ever felt ashamed for what you ate?

Not because someone said anything…But because deep down, you believed you should’ve known better, done better, been better?

That kind of shame runs deep. And it doesn’t go away with another diet.

I remember feeling humiliated as a young teen — not because I ate too much, but because I believed my worth was tied to my size and my food choices.

That lie followed me for years.

But by the grace of God, I’ve learned something powerful: Your value isn’t measured by what you weigh or what you ate. And you don’t have to fight this alone.

Through a nourishing food plan, daily prayer, and a supportive Christ-centered community, freedom is possible. The shame can be healed. The obsession can end.

If that’s the journey you’re on, I’d love to walk with you. You're not too far gone. God’s not finished with you yet. 💛

If you’re ready to move from shame to peace around food, I’d love to walk with you. Schedule your free discovery call with Tony or me by emailing your request and available times to info@reshapeandrecover.com.
