Recovery is easier when you have encouragement along the way.

“Therefore encourage one another and build each other up.” — 1 Thessalonians 5:11 (NIV)

When I was struggling with overeating, I needed more than another diet or a list of foods I should avoid.

I needed to change the way I thought about food, learn to turn to God instead of eating my emotions, and develop daily habits that supported my recovery.

And I needed encouragement from others who understood the struggle.

That's one reason Tony and I started Reshape and Recover.

We believe that faith, practical tools, and a supportive community can make a meaningful difference in overcoming overeating and emotional eating.

You don't have to have everything figured out before asking for help.

Sometimes the next right step is simply reaching out.

❤️ If you're looking for Christ-centered encouragement and support in your recovery, we'd love to have you join our community.
