Saturday Step




Step 3 is about turning our will and our lives over to the care of God. We know he loves us, but sometimes it's hard to remember that he cares about everything we do and even our health. We can trust Him to take care of us in good times and hard times. Worrying has never solved a problem, so go to Jesus with your burdens (Matthew 11:28-30) and be grateful for the things you have. Gratitude goes a long way in lifting our spirits. Start your day with a gratitude pray list because the less we worry and stress, the less likely we are to overeat. Praying for God's peace for you today and always!
